They cut
As scissors go, these seem to do the trick. Sharp, easy to hold and big enough that it doesn't take all day to cut across wrapping paper.

Scissors
Fiskars scissors are an excellent product and last for years. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is the metal they're made of stains if cutting flowers to put in a vase.

Renewing old Scissors
