My 6 yr old son has loved pirates and pirate ships since he was very small. He has gotten at least one ship for either his B-day or X-mas, or both the past few years, and has 5 or 6 in his fleet now. This is the coolest, and more importantly IMHO, the sturdiest of the bunch. I would definately recommend this ship for your little buccaneer.

I ordered this for my 4 year old and he hasn't stopped playing with it since it arrived. The ship has several interactive features and he loves that the dragon part moves. I've since bought some of the other Imaginext pirate toys and he loves them as well but the pirate ship is the favorite! Great buy for my house!

We bought this for my son's 4th birthday back in August. He loves it and still plays with it on a daily basis! It's durable, fun, and entertains him for hours! (not to mention my husband as well!) The spears that shoot go really far and are easy to launch. My son especially loves how the "wings" move when he rolls the ship across the floor and how the "head" can attack the bad guys. The "men" that come with this ship are perfect for small boys. There are not to many small parts to worry about for those of us with smaller children in the house - just those spears!
We love Imaginext! All their toys are wonderful quality and really are geared towards younger children that are too big for "baby" toys but to young for the "pre-teen" toys.
I would definitly recommend this and all Imaginext toys to anyone with children ages 3-6, maybe even 7!
