This item is a total waste of money. We bought one, which worked for a couple of days and then stopped working, so got a replacement, which never worked at all! The power cable in the parent unit kept on falling out, the interference was atrocious on both channels. We have now bought a digital monitor for very little more money and so far so good, so we would say spend a little extra and get something that may actually work! It's also worth mentioning that this item is seriously over-packaged - Fisher Price should be ashamed of themselves, creating so much rubbish to go into landfill!

I had to return this because the power kept cutting out on parent unit and the power cord wouldn't stay in the unit. BUT ALSO, when the power was working, the reception was dreadful. just a waste of time!

this prduct is the worst i have brought, i have five children and i have brought five monitors in the past. this monitor does not work, you have to have the sound up high to hear the slightest of noises. very very poor dissapointed and a complete waste of money !

Worked for me!
I've had this product now for around a year now and it works fine, there is two sections for airwaves A or B and one is fuzzy and the other is really clear.

Worst baby monitor ever
Its noisy and we couldn't even hear our baby cry unless the unit was right next to his head, even then it was so faint if we were washing up or moving around we couldn't! Read more

Unfortunately we cannot use this equipment around any laptop, especially if the charger is connected. We've only heard electrostatic noises. Otherwise useful device.
