I am a mum of 3 and only bought one of these for my last baby and OMG why did I not buy one sooner I don't know??!!!...well I do actually...I didn't buy one because I thought it was a lot of money to spend and a bouncer would surfice! If only I knew! When my 3rd baby was born, my son was only 11mths, and so I really had my hands full, so when I saw one reduced I bought it. My 11mth old was not too happy about having another baby in the house so it wasn't very safe to leave her on her playmat if I had to leave the room even for a second, which is another reason it was so great having the swing. I have used it to feed her in, rock her to sleep in and she loves sitting in it and playing with toys when i'm busy with the housework - it's like having an extra pair of hands around the house. It does get through batteries like they're going out of fashion and so I would recommend getting one of those battery chargers and you will save yourself a fortune (but even if you run out of batteries late at night and have no spares swinging it yourself does the trick too LOL). It does take up a fair amount of room...but believe me it's worth it - you can fold it in half but still to this day I have never put it away! It still can send my baby to sleep extremely quickly. The colours are bright, the mobile catches baby's attention and the music is not annoying at all! I will now stop waffling!
