I bought this toy bc my 4 month old daughter loves to kick things. For example, I got her an activity mat by Tiny Love that has this monkey that the baby can kick to make music and she loved that. This product has a few deficits in my opinion. 1) the keyboard is a smooth surface which means that it does not have texture or contrast. My daughter likes to feel things with her toes which is how she figures out a game with her feet. This is lacking here. 2) when she kicks the keyboard, it produces music. Of course, being a 4 month old, she kicks it several times per second. The problem with this toy is that it does not finish a song before it plays the next one so when your baby kicks it several times quickly, you get dissonant noise. Anyway, that monkey I mentioned earlier is WAY better. In my opinion, don't waste your money on this product. Fisher Price really ought to make this better. It's a good start, but it ought to be improved.
