this is an absolutely brilliant chair. six month old baby able to use it easily, can take it out on visits as it is compact, baby can join the rest of the family at the table and no big high chair cluttering up the kitchen. table clips off for easy cleaning leaving a play tray whilst you tidy up. fantastic 10/10 can not recommend it more. One of the best items i have bought for my baby.

As I have a small town house, and nice heavy wooden dining chairs, I did not want to lose one of the six chairs for a normal high chair. I also hate fabric baby chairs, as you can never get them clean. The Fisher-Price Healthy chair is great. It has two trays, one with cup holder, plus cover, which can all be removed, three tray settings for when baby gets a bigger tummy, two secure adaptable straps, and is easy to clean and take anywhere. You just need to make sure that you have a good sturdy chair to attach it to. I used to get really fed up of going out to eat with my baby at "family pubs" which always failed to provide a high chair, now I just take this with me, if using the car. Far cheaper than high chairs, I urge you to buy it, as its one of the best things I have bought for our daughter!

This seat is great if you don't have a lot of room & want your baby to sit at the table with you while you eat. It is extremely easy to clean, fits securely to the chair with two straps and has an adjustable, secure seat strap. The tray comes off and is easily cleaned (can be used in the dishwasher). The tray has 3 position notches, depending on the size of your baby/child. The seat comes with a clip-on moulded meal tray and also a clip on lid to cover the whole tray. Ideal if you want to transport the the whole seat. Overall, an excellent buy.

I was slightly sceptical about this as my 8 month old son only seems to sit up nicely in his Ikea highchair. Any other highchair, no matter how snug or basic it looks while out in restaurants & cafes - he slips and slides about, despite him being able to sit up on his own normally.

However this is a brilliant alternative. I've found that he does sit up well in this with no problems at all! So no more slipping and sliding in uncomfortable highchairs when out and about. And also handy when visiting family/friends who don't have highchairs/suitable seats for baby.

The functionality and design is great. The only problem is that I think he will outgrow it very quickly. He is quite big for his age (size of a 12-18 m!) but I would hope to get a longer life out of it. The tray has different settings so the smaller baby can have the tray set closer to them, and larger baby has the tray set out to the final setting. This is quite close to him already!

The portability is good, though it is bulky so it's not really something you'd want to walk through the city with. If you're out & about with the car or have a short distance to walk it's absolutely fine.

I bought 2 of these chairs for my then 15 month old twins but I wish I had bought them a lot earlier. They love sitting in them but I don't use the trays as they keep pulling them off. However, this means they can sit up at the table with us and reach for food, etc, at the table. I would recommend buying this product for babies as soon as they can sit and hold themselves up well alone. Also, if you're short on space, it's a great alternative to a highchair. The straps that hold the chair in place are good and dont come loose but I still wouldn't leave the children unsupervised. A good, sturdy seat that is easy to clean. I definitely recommend this product.

my eldest went into this when he was almost 2 and at the age of 4 1/2 he is still using it, so we bought another one second hand (as not longer available new) for his little brother who went straight into it at the age of 6 months! we love the design, it is so adaptable and easy to clean and takes up so little space compared to the highchair we bought for my eldest which ended up in the dump as we couldn't clean it properly. would recommend it to anyone!

We bought one of these instead of a high chair when our boy was ready to sit up to eat. He's now three and a half and until very recently it was getting used every day at our dinner table. It also went on holidays and every venture to a restaurant or pub if needed.

So what do you get? The basic seat area rests on adjustable legs that have three stages to adjust the height to the table surface or for comfort for the adult when used with the tray. The seat gets strapped to the chair by two separate adjustable straps with strong clips. The moulded seat comfortably sits a small infant/toddler with nice high sides to support the torso, a three point belt holds them securely into the seat. The blue tray clips on to the seat after the child is in place, there are three positions for the tray to accommodate for different body sizes. There are two more sections after this - a white food tray and a lid; admittedly we stopped using these last two parts soon after purchase as they were unnecessary for our needs but they do mean that you can hold/protect food stuffs under the lid.

As the seat back folds in, all of this packs down neatly into an easily portable unit when you are on the move, cleans easily and has had daily use for three years now. It takes up far less space than a high chair and is far more versatile. We recommend this product to all we know who have young children and cannot fault the purchase we made.
