My son had this for christmas and his neice and nephew (2 and 4 yrs old)really loved playing with it. It's a firm favourite with all his 6-9 month old friends too. The volume has 2 settings so it never gets annoying for parents and my son loves to turn the pages to hear another nursery rhyme. I intend to buy more of these for friends babies.
Someone brought this toy for our daughter's first birthday and while it was very kind of them to buy something for her I have to say that she has never played with this toy. It takes up space in the toy box and is actually really quite unexciting for a child as it isnt a very interactive toy. I would sugest you don't buy this.
