I only own 1 wholey seafood cookbook and this is it. It has all the usual and atypical seafood recipes which have all been well tested and thought out. It is broken down into entrees, everyday (i.e. fish'n'chips), winter, summer, fish plus (i.e. paella, fish pasta) and flash fish (i.e. seared mahi mahi), no deserts unfortunately.
This has all the usuals like paella, fish curry, marinara, fish pie, chili crab, fish cakes, mornay and gravlax. Being a casual seafood eater, access to well known well tried recipes is something I can appreciate and this book offers everything.
Overall a wonderful book, laid out a bit differently than other chunky books as recipes can be extensive so photos are shoown over a double page.
