It's got some sharp corners, so it's not suitable for very young children. Apart from talking when you press a button, it doesn't do much and it's quite small.
That being said, my little nephew (20 months old) loved it, because he is really into trucks and digger-loaders and all other construction-related toys.

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY 3 YEAR OLD SON WHO HAD SEEN IT ADVERTSIED ON TV. ALSO BOUGHT THE JCB AT THE SAME TIME.HE LOVES THEM BOTH AND PLAYS WITH THEM FREQUENTLY. THERE ISNT MUCH YOU CAN SAY ABOUT THEM REALLY, THEY ARE STRONG, CHEERFUL AND VERY SUITABLE TOYS FOR A YOUNGSTER SUCH AS MINE.

i brought this for son for christmas, (14 months). he was very happy when santa brought him and he also got 4 more out of the collection. the trucks are made really well, made with the thought of little hands as they are really easy to use and hold, the button that makes the truck speaks is easy to press and they are easy to puch around, my son is 3 now and he still loves to push them all around so for haveing 2 years of play out of them and they are all still working like new is brilliant, well worth the money. i highly recommend these toys

Good fun toy for little ones who like cars etc - the button for the "voice" is easy to press, and the size big enough for little hands to manage.
