About the Author
Ursula O'Farrell works as a private counsellor and supervisor. She holds a primary Degree and a Diploma in Psychology, from University College, Dublin. She is co-founder with Sarah McLoughlin of 'Meeting Space', set up to work with adult families and small groups in difficulty. Ursula is an honorary accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and has served both as Cathaoirleach and Secretary of that organisation. She remains committed to setting and maintaining professional standards for counselling in Ireland.
