A beautiful collection of christmas poems, lovely festive illustrations, It is a book for the whole family to enjoy!

I wish I'd been a shepherd and heard the angles sing, I wish I'd been to Bethlehem and seen the Infant King.
There are traditional christmas poems with the christmas nativity as its theme and funny poems about mistletoe & mincemeat. A truly love collection of christmas poems, a book that will be brought out every year for years to come! Well worth buy!

What a beautiful book, full of christmas poems and also songs, my daughter (7) loves it and has copied some of the poems to put in her christmas cards. We sit down every day and read a different poem or sing a song and my 2 year old loves to look at the pictures too. So pleased with this purchase.

Great poems for little kids.

We bought this for christmas for our youngest child. It is lovely with great illustrations. The poems are age appropriate, (under 8 years), and it was fun to read it over the christmas period.
We have a number of the "Oxford Book of..." and they have all been wonderful. For older children try the "Oxford Book Of Christmas Poems". It has a mixture of recent and older poems.
