This ingenious design captures the Christmas story in a small display with five attractive tableaus using paper cutouts that give a 3D effect.
At the base of each of the tableaus there is the Biblical text from the appropriate Scripture passage. Ideal for a small table display or for an entrance hall.

This slender book with its five scenes of the Christmas Story is ideal. It can be read as a book, hung from the ceiling, or used as the centrepiece on the table. The brevity of the essential facts, the contrast of the two inner colours :white for the scenes and red for the background is striking, especially as the white also was used for three-dimentional aspects.
The cuttings are precise and most charming. Each page has carefully chosen ornaments.The third scene with the manger is elaborately done with woodland animals. It is a book to be kept for generations. I wished, each European country could have access to this beautiful book.

A beautiful, wonderfully crafted book which becomes a carousel to give a lovely display. The white cut-out scenes allow you to feel as though you are peeking into an enchanted forest. One negative - the scenes don't always relate to the words. I bought this for my granddaughter, but I may just have to buy one for my own collection!
