Saw Anam live when this cd first came out.I was well impressed with the performance and decided to buy what was at the time their latest release.Still love it as much now as then.Tight performances:inspiring songs and great instrumentals.For me the jewel has to be Aimee Leonard's voice.Beautiful.It makes the cd for me.

I love this album - bought it at a gig I found randomly a few years back and it's always found its way back into my CD player since. Most of the tracks and great folky, foot-tapping stuff, with good bodhran/guitar interplay. There are also a few slower ballads, which are pretty nice too.

This is an early production from Anam with a slightly different line-up from the more polished "Bright Fire" their latest CD. Although one or two tracks are not as strong overall the CD is folky, well put together and original with lots of gems here and there. Get "Bright Fire" first though.
