The same book as "Traditional food from Wales"

I hadn't realized it until I got fairly deep into my university library's online research system, because Amazon doesn't give an indication of this. But this is the Welsh release of a book that was reprinted in New York as Traditional Food from Wales.
If you see used copies of that book, the content should be pretty much the same as this, though I don't yet know if the New York publishers did anything like Americanizing British spelling or not since the interlibrary loan hasn't come through yet. (I didn't want to purchase two copies of an out of print book and take it out of someone else's hands just to compare spellings...)

What a joy to find this book has been printed again! This is THE complete cookbook for traditional Welsh food from the humblest cottage to the grandest country house. It has not only the recipes themselves, but commentary on the ways of life in the regions of Wales, and how the food was gathered and prepared historically. There are wonderful photos to illustrate it, too. If you only get one book on Welsh cookery, this is THE one.
