He is also affiliated with the Division of Allergy and Immunology at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Vikas Bhushan, MD is a practicing diagnostic radiologist based in Los Angeles, California. Junior Editors and contributors are students at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut.

This book may be helpful if you're a medical student revising for the exam and using this purely as a revision guide together with other lecture notes and more detailed references. But if you're already a qualifies physician studying for the exam having done preclinical stuff a long time ago, this book is inadequate and often does not offer good enough explanations so you need to read up on particular topics in more detailed textbooks.
