I orginally thought that this would have more targeted exercises for the abdominal area instead it is an overall training plan for weightloss and fitness incorporating Abs. Great if you are looking for that though!

Fantastic Book - Step by Step Fun workouts for men and women at all levels. With pictures and step by step guide, it's like having your own trainer with you at every step. Plus telling you how long you need to do each exercise before going on to the next step Wow - this is the first book that is with you along while you are training. I show results within two weeks although the book says 30 days! Follow the workout at your own space. This is fast and effective way to tone your abs and flatten your stomach without the expansive equipment!

good and interesting, but there is no flat stomach. may be it would be if come in complect with time, trenner and wish to do it longer than 1 month. Mia culpa..

I didn't really enjoy this book because it was too basic. I wish I could have seen an excerpt before buying it but I returned it so I'm only out of the shipping.

This book is good in that it is professionally done and contains good pictures and overall health information not just info on abs BUT on the flip side that's what I don't care for about the book. I already have other books for that. The exercises are okay but it's more a general fitnes book with an emphasis on abs. I was looking for a more hard core book on targeting abs assuming I already had the basics of fitness down. I feel it's probably good for a woman who is new to working out and has the abs as a trouble spot. The pre/post natal section isn't all that too me. Plus several of the exercises require a trampoline (something I am not going to buy just to get nice abs)

This is an efficient book that covers so many bases in so few pages (in comparison with other books with much filler) that i can't see how any of the ideas can be left out or forgotten to use as an excuse for not getting into better shape.

I was looking for a book that targeted abdominals and instead got a plain old basic exercise book. I would have given it 1 star except the information on exercise was presented was well done.

If you are looking for a basic all around book on how to start an exercise program then this is OK.

If you are looking for a book that targets the abs then look elsewhere. Very disappointed.

This was a great book for me!!! I first used it when I was around 12. I was around 5'10'' and 210lbs. With this book and minimal exercise I lost 60lbs!!! This book is great for all ages!!! Yes, some of the exercise use a trampoline but the best part is that there are alternative exercises that you can follow instead. Basically the book gives you the option to use the trampoline or not.
The pictures in this book are great!!!!
Instructions are easy to follow!!!!
Altogether is is a great book for a great price. And in case anyone is wondering, there is 1 day of rest each week. There is also a prenatal section, that I haven't needed to use if you know what I mean, but just from flipping through the pages I can say it looks great!!!
