This book is many things. It is exciting, spellbinding, un-put-downable, well-written, easy-to-follow and thouroughly excellent through and through! This special edition book explains everything which the other books left on cliffhangers, such as Sandstorm and Firestar's daughters being born, Willowpelt's death and how Longtail came about being blind. This book kept me busy day and night, as I was reading as I ate, walked up and down stairs and even took a shower! I have read this book, as well as all the available books, at least 12 times (literally)and at the moment (for the past 5 months!) I have not read any other book(s).
Well done Erin, who, subsequently is three people! I am the biggest fan of your books! (I expect loads of people have said that!)

Firestars Quest is a well written book . It tidies up any loose ends from the first series but creates more cliffhangers . I love the idea of having 5 clans instead of 4 clans, it shows that even Starclan are willing to lie about certain things(Skyclan!).Also I love the tension between Firestar & Sandstorm - it really brings out their character.
The excitment of the rats really does show what life is like for clan cats , I also love the fact that Skyclan has been rebuilt, with kittypets and rogues/loners working together in harmony (expect from a ever so slightly power mad cat ) .A stunning book for all cat lovers . Well done Erin , like many oher people I am your biggest fan. Please write more (after the Power of three series ). I love the idea of Skyclan ,the way they can leap really high to catch prey,their long journey into the wild and their almost total demise because of rats and finally the rebuilding of their once proud clan.A story of courage,adventure,bloody battles and friendship across the 5 clans.Skyclan are almost like the missing link in the forest;Thunder,River,Wind and Shadow.An excellent tale.
