Firestar is a jelly like odourless substance made from root vegetables. It is far safer than traditional fuels such as methylated spirit because it is both harder to spill and will only burn at a set rate even if spilt. The 200gms tin is recommended for use with Chafing Dishes rather than with Fondues althopugh it can be dispensed into smaller conatiners for Domestic use. Other advantages of Firestar are that it is odourless and burns far cleaner resulting in less polutants.
