My 4 year old had this for Christmas after seeing it advertised and loves it. He plays with it most days even now and it's definately one of his favourites. My only reservations are that the water balls are tiny and very hard to find once fired across the room and also the track connectors need to be handled gently (fear they may break if forced by little impatient hands). However all in all it offers great play ideas and is relatively easy to transport so can be taken to grandparents etc. easily

Rather hard to put together and delicate when done. Grandson (3) loved the noises and playing with the set but kept on causing it to come apart. I just feel it was a bit on the flimsy side for the age group.

I bought this toy for my two year old Fireman Sam fan and he loves it. I have to put the track together for him and it comes apart fairly easily when he walks all over it. However, he loves playing with the station opening the closing the doors and driving the vehicles around. The balls are small and too tricky for him to fire from Penny's vehicle but my four year old can manage it so they both enjoy the toy.
