You can leave it to Fireman Sam to keep the tiddlers amused on car journeys and this 6 story collection does the job very nicely indeed. Coming in at about an hour all told - roughly 10 mins per story - they're just the right length to keep small fans of the TV series engaged.

This is a CD containing 6 different Fireman Sam stories which are around 10 minutes each. They are read in an engaging voice and with familiar characters to keep young children interested in the stories.
I listened to this with 4 and 5 year olds and they were interested in the stories whether they were Fireman Sam fans or not.
This is a lovely set of stories for listening to in the car or to have on when you're at home.

I listened to this with my toddler who is not a massive fan of the show, but was interested enough to get very anxious when Norman got his head stuck in a railing. The production job is great, the voices and drama translate well to an audio only experience. The stories don't outstay their welcome for pre school listeners.
None of which matters if your child loves Fireman Sam. All you need to know in that case is that this CD will deliver a decent sized Sam fix which should keep them happy for the duration and won't drive you too insane through repeated listening.

Fantastic!
This second audio CD in the series is fantastic! My son absolutely loves it :-) I would recommend it to any Fireman Sam fan.

Keeps them quiet!
