Some good features on the product, collapsing floor and railings where Norman Price can get his head stuck through. However, the house is quite narrow and tended to keep falling over when my son was playing with it. Could be improved by making the house bigger rather than just a cross section.

This toy is very poor quality. It falls over at the slightest touch, the steps and ladders do not stay attached and the characters are far too small. Don't waste your money!!

As previously stated for other Fireman Sam toys...this set has proven to be a lot of fun for my 4 year old Son, however, the quality is quite poor. The roof is always falling off, the steps don't stay attached for long and quite honestly, not that great for small children's clumsy hands!

Great Christmas Gift
