Full of legal jargon but indispensible for anyone using, owning, trading or otherwise handling firearms. One slip or misinterpretation could land you in prison for 5 years so this book needs to be studied so you dont wind up behind bars. This governments obsession with the gang shootings happening around the country has led to an obsessed constabulary whose remit from the CPS is that any firearms offence is an ABSOLUTE offence meaning NO leaway at all. All offences will be prosecuted no let off no matter how minor. Shooters beware, this includes air rifles and pistols, blank firers, and even air soft can land you in prison. Talk about over the top. As an example did you know that possession of a pistol can mean 5 years in prison but possession of a can of cs spray or stun gun, ( non lethal ) can mean 10 years!!! Talk about stupid, but the police carry these and use them willy nilly. I know some people will dispute this but I have seen cases where they have used them as such so cobblers.
