Three themes are intertwined into one remarkable story: the paranormal, including an exorcism in a brothel, the search for one's self, and thirdly, finding someone to love. Deriving from all the struggles author Lesley Ann Eden encountered on her amazing journey, both physical and mental, Fire in my Hands Through the Land of Colour unearths some incredible memories of the paranormal. Lesley Ann Eden grew up in a small farming village in the Midlands of England and has been writing ever since she was a little girl. She currently lives in Yorkshire, England, where she is a choreographer and teaches performing arts. This is her first book.

Just when you think you know someone, you find out a whole lot more. This book is magical and overwhelimingly honest. Lesley's writing grasps you from the very first word, right through to the last and leaves no stone unturned. Her experiences are so richly described that you feel like you have travelled with her. Her gentle poke at other people's behaviour adds, carefully placed, moments of humour and fun along the way - everyone knows someone like 'That couple'. Lesley embraces the journey of a woman on a journey of discovery. You'll feel entertained, worried, curious, scared, angry, cheered and elated but most of all empowered. Read it - you'll see.

I loved every single page! Leslie Ann Eden goes into so much detail it's a job to put it down. Who was that handsome stranger in the bar? How did she carry on after enduring all that sickness? WHERE IS THE NEXT BOOK?! A feisty read by an feisty lady. You simply must get yourself a copy.
