PDF Input and Output. Recognize, edit and save documents in PDF format. Dozens of multilanguage fonts included! Quick Export to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. FineReader can export documents directly to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook within seconds! Full HTML Support. With HTML CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) extension capabilities, FineReader can replicate your paper documents in HTML format, maintaining their exact layouts.
Batch Document Support provides you with the tools you need to work with multipage documents. Processes such as "read", "rotate", "locate blocks", "despeckle", and "save" can all be applied universally, with control maintained by means of thumbnail diagnostic icons. You can even add your own comments to a page. Results can be saved to file, or exported to the word processing application of your choice. In fact, processing documents has never been easier! The Spelling-check system, with its ergonomic interface, highlights any text containing uncertain characters, shows a list of suggested words, and zooms in on the relevant image area. Tutorial. It recognizes texts in 122 languages in the European version (available in Western Europe and the United States) or 177 languages in the Cyrillic Plus version (available in Russia and Eastern Europe) including English, Russian, German, French, Greek, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish and a lot more. Image processing. FineReader supports a wide range of image input formats. Images originating from fax modems and other sources can be saved in the latter two formats before being recognized by FineReader.
