HASH(0x935399a8) out of 5 stars THE FINE ART OF CONVERSATION 5 Jun. 2014
By Sandra Jean Hann - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
Because I teach etiquette and protocol, specializing in conversation, while I enjoyed aspects of this book, I really loved "The Fine Art of Small Talk" by Debra Fine, much, much more. "The Fine Art of Small Talk" suggests different open-ended questions to ask at networking functions and other social events, and is a must have for those people who interact with others on a social and business basis who feel somewhat shy and unsure of themselves. People need to put away their annoying cell phones and interact and talk more.
