With patterns, step by step guides, a section on repairs and information on designing your own spoon, the book also covers areas that have been missed by previous publications. You can't go wrong with this book!

I bought this book as a birthday gift for my uncle who has taken up wood carving as a hobby. He has made some magnificent welsh love spoons, the nicest ones I have ever seen and now he is hooked on the hobby he is constantly looking for new ideas.
I searched for a book that would be an inspiration for him and this was it. He is over the moon with the book and it is fuelling his artistic ideas.

What a gorgeous book, made me wish I could carve - but it was a very well received gift for my man (who does carve beautifully).
Beautiful photographs of some amazing spoons - you will be amazed and awestruck by the skill of the carvers. Thoroughly recommended, for budding carvers or love spoon enthusiasts.

Great Book
If you are into lovespoons this is the book for you. Great ideas, patterns etc. Covers basic lovespoons to the really intricate designs - well worth the money
