A precise and life-transforming book that is well founded in Scripture. -- Peter Oyugi, Director of Students’ Ministry, FOCUS-Kenya

All Christians need to hear Marcus’ message and rediscover the great truths that lie at the heart of the gospel. -- Michael You, Tutor, St Helen’s Church, Bishopsgate, London

Engaging, stimulating, liberating and deeply refreshing. -- Tony Watkins, Managing Editor, CultureWatch

From the Publisher

Author Marcus Honeysett discovered a distinct lack of joy among those he was teaching. Why? They were burdened by their obligation to ‘perform’. The result was a ‘big gulp moment’ in Marcus’ life. He studied what the Bible had to say about grace, freedom and joy. This book helps us to break free from legalism and enjoy the many benefits of grace.

5.0 out of 5 stars Life-changing uplifting book 22 Sep 2008
Format:Paperback
This is a truly wonderful book. It filled me with joy and made me see the truth - that I do not have to earn God's love, I just have to accept the love that is freely given and live in it. After reading this book, I felt I could finally stop beating myself up for not being a 'good' enough Christian. I finally understood that my sins had been paid for and it filled me with gratitude. I cried alot in parts - I think it was the release of all the pent-up guilt and self-loathing. Reading this book was a very healng experience. It's definitely a book that I will read again from time to time to reinforce this wonderful message!
