Large eye cup made of soft and rubber material properly darkens the viewfinder

I was a bit anxious about ordering as it does not state if the metal frame required comes with the product. I decided to take a risk and it paid off. The viewfinder ships with everything needed including instructions and so far I haven't had a problem. A good product especially when compared to some of the other prices (They're around £250). Good purchase.
The reason it's 4 stars is because the product that came wasn't the one in the first image it was the one in the second. It's only a slight difference between them but some people may buy based on one of the two.

I thought I would try this product before spending lots of money on either a field monitor or a zucato/ cineroid type evf.
what a difference, it is easy to now focus in broad daylight especially if you have magic lantern installed with the peaking enabled. ( canon 600d)
I cannot see how some of the other (pro ?) viewfinder brands can justify their prices. This works as advertised with the added benefit of helping to steady your camera when either hand held or on a shoulder mount..great !!

Arrived promptly, and at a good price. Needs sticking to the back of the viewfinder, and enables you to video in bright sunlight. Good product
