This does a great job in covering all the basics that you need to consider when starting a business.
It is a great resource to dip into and also has lots of references where you can find more detailed information. It has a lot less fluff than many similar books and is very practical.

It is a lot more comprehensive than other business start up books that I have read and it is certainly the best one volume reference on the market.

It concentrates a lot more on giving you helpful information rather than just giving the reader a little bit of short term motivation.

This book covers all you need to know and consider when setting up a business. It is fairly hefty but thats because it goes into far more detail than other books in this genre. To be honest I have not read this book from cover to cover - I dip into it when I need information on a particular area. I recommend this book to all my clients.
