THis is a great book in almost every way. It covers the administrative issues around starting up a business admirably, as you would expect from an FT Group book. However, it doesn't get 5 stars from me because of the gaping hole it leaves by failing to acknowledge the importance of e-commerce. It questions whether an online presence is necessary for a lot of companies, and even offers a basic definition of search engines, apparently on the assumption that readers would need to be familiarised with them!
