"Financial Statements" is great stuff. It clearly and concisely explains how to read and create basic financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) for businesses. It explains accounting terms, and, more importantly, tells you what terms are synonyms (e.g., earnings and profits) and which ones aren't (e.g., orders and sales). The best part about it is, it does all this without telling you one more word than you need to know. It clearly isn't intended for professional accountants, but if you're a non-accountant who needs to understand this stuff, it's great.

This is a great book. It's simple and explains things very very clearly. I am an MBA student in my final semester and honestly since reading the book, it's the first time I understand things clearly regarding financial statements. It's a wonderful book to understand the bigger picture and not be confused.

Confusing for me
