Quartet of darkly comic teen horror films. In 'Final Destination' (2000), having boarded an aeroplane ready to embark on a school trip to France, Alex (Devon Sawa) suddenly has a premonition that it will explode. He tries to convince his friends to disembark, causing so much trouble that he and six others are eventually ejected before take-off. Shortly afterwards, standing in the departure lounge, they see the plane destroyed in a mid-air explosion. Later, after three of the ejectees have died in strange circumstances, Alex becomes convinced that death feels cheated, and is now trying to collect back the debt. Can Alex convince his other friends of this before they too meet their untimely ends? In 'Final Destination 2' (2002), Clear Rivers (Ali Larter) is the only survivor from Flight 180 and has been placed in a mental institution as she lives in constant fear that death is coming to claim her. Kim (A.J. Cook) experiences a vision of a horrible accident and is convinced that she has just escaped death. When the two girls are brought together by a sympathetic police officer, they find themselves trying to prevent death from taking both them and all others he has missed. In 'Final Destination 3' (2006), Wendy Christensen (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) has a fatal premonition of a disastrous rollercoaster accident that involves her and her friends. She warns everyone and luckily gets herself and many of her friends off the rollercoaster before it begins its journey. When the ride sets off, it crashes, just like in her premonition. But the unseen forces of darkness once again set out to kill the survivors that were supposed to die in the freak accident. In 'The Final Destination' (2009), a day at the races turns grisly after teenager Nick O'Bannon (Bobby Campo) has a nightmare about one of the cars crashing and killing him and all his friends. He manages to warn his friends and they escape the grisly accident, which happens as he foretold - but little do the survivors know that this is only the beginning, as death sets out to collect those who evaded their fate in a series of ever more creative and gruesome ways...

Excellent collection of movies, and if you don't want to wear the silly cardboard spectacles whilst watching the last movie, the case that contains the 3D version of Final Destination 4 also contains a DVD with the normal 2D version of the movie.

I really enjoyed this product, i actually only bought the set for the 3D version of the forth film, as the whole set was a great price.
I have to say that i was slightly disappointed by the forth film, and think that the 3D effects don't really transfer well to the TV! the glasses became very annoying towards the end of the film, definately one to watch at the cinema!

Films 1 to 3 are great, fun entertainment, with the same basic format but with different subject matter {plane, car and rollercoaster} all 3 films kept you guessing till the end, as to who was next on deaths list and how they were going to be killed.
The 4th in the series seemed predictable, and very few frightening moments, as you could see what was about to happen next, as the clue's were too obvious, that being said it was still worth watching.

I personally wouldn't buy the 4th film on it's own, but its definately an enjoyable addition to the box set.

It all goes to prove that You cannot cheat death forever! It is a real treat to cheat death sometimes, and realize that You have been granted a second chance-a chance to go back and right the wrongs that have been done before.
I recommend this collection to those who do not mind a good scare, but this is NOT for the faint Hearted! It makes You jump when You see just what happens to those who were lucky before! I will not tell You anything else-if You want to see what i mean-get the collection-You will not be disappointed!

FINAL DESTINATION - is a horror/thriller classic, it has EVERYTHING. Likable characters and a very intresting plot line. One by One surviours of flight 180 are killed of in strange ways after they cheated death. An excellent, chilling thriller with a suprising ending and a intresting storyline.

5 STARS

FINAL DESTINATION 2 - One of the best sequels I have ever watched, it does everything a good sequel should do (and where most sequels fail) It updates the story in a good and intresting way. All the characters are linked in someway to the characters of 180 which adds to the great continualliity. The only problem with this film is that some of the characters are not so nice so sometimes you do find yourself cheering death on.

4 STARS

FINAL DESTINATION 3 - This is not as bad as people make out, it is no way as good as the previous two and adds nothing new to the story at all but it's an intresting sequel with ALOT of flaws. Firstly it ruins the entire concept of the finale of the second film and their is no characterization because the charcaters are killed of basically in their second scene.

2.5 STARS

THE FINAL DESTINATION - This is where everything gets sour. It's just dull, it's not even one of those films that are bad but funny. It's just an awful film. No characterization at all, two characters who are ment to die but survive are not even mentioned on deaths list and there acting and deaths are not so good (except the one of the elivator which I won't spoil for you)

0.5 STARS

Overall this is a good film series but it went sour pretty quickly. 3 STARS overall but 5 STARS combined for the first two. so
