If you want to know what it sounds like to be locked inside the heads of sonic geniuses in a state of creative heaven then this is for you. From epileptic fits of noise to ambient grooves of intense beauty this album never sits still. Whilst the prog influences of bands like King Crimson and the classical minimalist nuances of composers like Steve Reich are present, this music is like no other and is completely genre-defying. There is a rumour that a second album may be forthcoming, which will be a welcome addition to this rare and incredible debut. If you like trad jazz or folk then this really isn't for you.
