Musical Utopia for Movie Lovers 1 Aug 2008
By Gary L. Stanley - Published on Amazon.com
Format: DVD Audio
Here then is something for everyone to enjoy, with the main themes from some of the most well-known classics in Hollywood. Who, in the world, does not recognize the opening strains from 2001: A Space Odyssey? But since the movie was produced before surround sound was invented, many people have never heard it the way it was meant to be heard. Now is your opportunity to experience the music from these classics anew: in 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround!
The Magnificent Seven theme will forever be equated to the westerns and the James Bond theme with all the wild adventures of agent 007.
An excellent addition to your DVD-Audio collection and the price isn't too bad (yet).
I highly recommend it to movie lovers.
Mr. Dickensheets doesn't understand what DVD Audio is. 24 May 2013
By Dale Mayo - Published on Amazon.com
Format: DVD Audio
Mr. Dickensheets obviously doesn't understand what DVD audio.
It is a shame that the sound quality of DVD audio did not make it in the real world.
There is no comparison between CD audio and DVD audio, much bolder, brighter, fuller, more dynamic audio.
I thought that this level of audio quality would move into BluRay but it hasn't.

John Berry's music is great 30 July 2009
By Stephen Dickensheets - Published on Amazon.com
Format: DVD Audio Verified Purchase
Why this is on a dvd, (with no video) is a mystery.
Why not sell it as a CD and let it go at that?
