Even when delivery vans were stuck in snow and ice this firm delivered on time. Their customer service department was polite and knowledgeable - and staffed by people with some experience of their products and delivery options which was a refreshing change.
The heater has proved to be everything we had hoped. We purchased this for my son who is at university, having just quizzed him he reports it is perfect, he leaves it on the whole time on a medium setting, it doesn't smell or make any noise (unlike fan or convection heaters) and keeps his room comfortably warm even in the coldest weather. A great investment.

Purchased this radiator for my mother who already has a much larger one but it just doesnt quite fit her bedroom area allocated for heater so it always being bumped n moved ,this neat little radiator is the perfect size though :) i was surprised the ammount of heat it gives out for its size with heat settings and a thermostat make it a super buy

It is very compact and has a good look, however in the exceptionally cold weather we are experiencing it only manages to take the chill out of my office if I keep the door shut. I would probably have opted for a more powerful option.

Does just what it says on the tin 3 heat settings for all enviroments thermostacically controlled and if you use it with a timer switch/plug then very economical to run. Read more
