This punch bag was the result of extensive research over weeks and weeks. It was worth every minute and is worth every penny. Great value for money and excellent customer service. It was a gift for my husband and he is over the moon with it. My son keeps hinting at him swapping it for his!

recieved this item today overall happy with what ive received for the price iv`e paid .... only problem is seems to be a fair bit to light for me not sure how the bag will hold up after continuous hammerings also the gloves provided were a size small so gave them to my 3 year old boy ...... would recommend for teenagers not for heavy hitters
