First I must warn anyone who can't guess this on their own: this is not a doll or toy designed for children! A child will likely break, lose, or even swallow this figure's parts.
The Good Smile Company makes some really great models of popular anime characters. Until I ordered this, I only had experience with their great Nendroid line (which is a series of popular anime characters made into little SD models). However, this figure made with even more skill than those.
When I opened the box for this figure, I was surprised by the large amount of interchangeable pieces that came with it: there are four alternate hands (one for each arm, making a total of eight), an alternate face, two leeks (you have to know this character to understand) and a microphone with stand (not sure how sturdy the product is exactly, because I'm not about to test it. But it seems to be built pretty solid).
This figure also comes with a translucent stand that has a bendable "arm" which you can use to put Hatsune Miku in a airborne or unusual pose. The figure itself is also very flexible and can bend its joints in almost any way a normal person can (probably more).
I must mention that despite how the figure appears in the pictures, it is actually very easily taken apart. This is necessary when changing parts. I felt very odd pulling out Miku's hands from her sleeves when changing them; it was even stranger when I pulled out her bangs in order to change her face.
This was definitely worth the money I paid for it. If you are a Miku fan then you will really like this.
