Most helpful positive review
Not just about sex, it's about true love and romance...

I couldn't figure out how this book could possibly leave one reviewer feeling sad and depressed. Bored maybe, annoyed, miffed and displeased perhaps? Sad and depressed I think is a little over the top since this story is really not all about sex ( true it has a lot of it, hot and steamy ) but not quite as vulgar as a lot of books we've read nowadays yet still garnered a lot of positive comments and helpful reviews. This story shows a lot of strong love and devotion amongst family and friends, when one is down everybody rallies up and shows undying support, comforting one another. It also has enough intrigue ( strict policy on fraternization ) and emotional fear of the result should Nate and Julienne's relationship is discovered.
As perfect and physically beautiful as Julienne and Nate were portrayed in this story, it also portrayed their human weaknesses just like the rest of us...both positively in love that leaves them vulnerable and with a lot of uncertainties. This is a love story full of raw and exciting emotion...that kind of excitement and elation when one is in love, an extra bounce on ones steps one takes. There's also moments where Julienne goes through her ambiguity, uncertain she's going too fast and too soon with Nate's offer of moving in together.
I really liked this, I enjoyed how exciting shopping could be in the heart of Seattle's fish market. The opulence of the beach house owned by Nate, with the porch wrapped around offering the breathtaking view of the ocean. A walk at the beach hand in hand with your loved one ending up in the gazebo decorated with colorful flowers ( specially arranged by Nate ) lit up with tiny white lights that resembles little butterflies...Wow, how romantic can that get! ( sigh! ~: ~ )
I could easily relate to both Nate and Julienne, perhaps not with their perfect beauty but more with their strong physical attraction and connection...Nate's chivalry and his natural many romantic ways he's shown to Julienne hands down wins me over.
