Ok, i'll go ahead and admit straight away that i'm a 17 year old guy. Happy? Good.
Alright, Emily's first album 'All The Right Wrongs' was fantastic, I was looking for new music to get into and found out about the album and literally fell in love with it, I loved her natural voice and real instruments, each song felt like hard work payed off, and with only 6 songs, felt that each one was greatly unique.
When I heard about this album I was (obviously) excited, however it is not what I expected at all which is a real shame. Its got 11 songs all which just don't... 'Grab' me the same way the old album did, I felt like the songs were rushed and that I didn't get to hear Emily's talented voice with all the auto-tune and machine work instead of guitars.
I appreciate the change and do like some songs, it just didn't hit me as good as the first album.
