"It s as laugh out loud funny and absolutely ridiculous as you d expect." --Shiny Shiny

Book Description

'Hurt me!' she begged, raising her skirt as she bent over the workbench. 'Very well,' I replied, 'You've got fat ankles and no dress sense.' Colin Grey's life was happy and simple until the day everything changed - the day his wife read THAT book. Suddenly, he was thrust head-first into a dark, illicit world of pleasure and pain. This is the story of one man's struggle against a tide of tempestuous, erotic desire and of the greatest love of all: the love between a man and his shed. 3.0 out of 5 stars Short and pithy 18 Sep 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
With a little bit of linking text, this is really a collection of @50ShedsOfGrey's tweets, interspersed with some photos of sheds.

Though it's funny, it's extremely brief and probably doesn't work so well as a Kindle book. It would probably be fun to pick up and look at a random page, but it's not really a book for reading end to end.

It's cheap, it's brief and it's amusing, so it's already better than the book it lampoons.

3.0 out of 5 stars Funny but too short 25 Sep 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
Okay, there are some very funny moments in this book, but there are other hysterically funny (low priced) kindle reads out there that are way better value for money (ie Sleb by Andrew Holmes, Cross Dressed to Kill: The Hilarious Prize Winning Thriller by Andrew Lucas or the wonderful dark comedy The Dealer by Tony Royden).

Fifty Sheds of Grey is very short (finished it in a few hours) and made even shorter by a lot of unnecessarily large pictures of sheds. It did make me laugh - hence the 3 stars.

Erotica? What erotica? The garden sheds were just what they were made out to be. Garden sheds. No more. no less.

4.0 out of 5 stars Funny
Like it, it was funny. I have passed it to friends as well. Not the best book ever but worth a read if you've read the Fifty Shades series.

3.0 out of 5 stars Fifty sheds
Out of curiosity. Not what I expected though and rather boring. Still you can't always get it right. I would not rate it higher than OK.

5.0 out of 5 stars fantastic
I would not read the usual 50 shades but this book was so funny. I gave it to my neighbour and it has become a coffee table book in their house.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hilarious
Had me giggling and laughing out load whilst reading random phrases to my husband. I reckon this would be a good book to read in a busy place, would make everyone around move away... Read more

4.0 out of 5 stars Ha, ha, really silly
A very silly, but funny, mickey take of the 50 shades. I have never read the original, and don't intend to, but this was a fun few minutes whilst I read it.

Bought this by mistake - how stupid can you be. Found it to be total rubbish too which will teach me to be more careful in future

The book is funny and full of innuendos! A good, light read which can be read over and over again.
