3.0 out of 5 stars Interesting but not 24 May 2011
I brought this book to help find exercise inspiration for mature participants i teach, exercises for the aid of rehabilitation and or examples of alternative exercise. Unfortunately this book only seems to take into account exercises for fit older participants as opposed to the rehabilitating population.

The book seems to be aimed at mature adults who want the inspiration to be and keep active. Well presented but not what i was looking for. The examples given are of exercises for the general population people of at least average fitness.
