This is a great book for seeing what came into camp last night! We found lion prints a couple of minutes away. I found that it leaned rather too much towards South African species (I am in Zambia), and was unable to identify a very abundant type of faeces. Overall, though, a very interesting read, and essential companion on any walk into the bush.

Take this guide 15 Aug 2009
Format:Hardcover
This book features more than just tracks for popular animals. A wide range of signs are discussed, the commentary is excellent and I used it more than any other guide on a trip to Namibia this year. Although some of the pictures are clearly dated and in black and white I dont believe this detracts from an excellent guidebook
