Excellent resource for family and friends of people with fibromyalgia 27 Dec 2013
By Gee - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
As someone who does not myself have fibromyalgia, but who has friends who do, I found this book to be extremely helpful in understanding what my friends are experiencing. The chapters on Fibro and Emotions and Fibro Fog in particular illuminated for me how I can better understand those times when my friends just 'don't seem like themselves.' I can also see what an excellent book this is for people with fibromyalgia themselves and how it could help them navigate their symptoms, their treatment options, and their daily lives. In short, if you have fibromyalgia or know someone who does, this book is a must read.

This book enhanced my knowledge of fibromyalgia. I understand that we who live with this everyday could manage and live a better life.
