Unfortunately, this book is so full of typos, poor spelling and grammar that much of it is incomprehensible and I have been forced to give up on it! I was having to re-read sentences to try to understand what the intended message was.
My other concern is there are no references cited to substantiate its claims, or credentials of the author. A shame really.

i used to rely on red bull and other soda to give me an energy boost throughout the day but upon realising just how bad sugar really is for you - i went in search of another way to get my energy hit. i came across this book and i am very glad i did. i am rather a novice at this stuff but it has given me some great guidance on how to really get started with healthy eating. i have purchased some other healthy diet books recently on kindle but i rate this as one of the better ones.

This book is a valuable companion to daily life for people fighting with Fibromyalgia. There is so much information to learn and apply in this book. I have put Roberts suggestions into practice and have reaped the benefits going pain free for months and actually seeing cholesterol levels dropping over significantly compared to the prior measurement before the diet. I highly recommend this book for those seeking solutions for Fibromyalgia. Additionally, all the recipes included in this book looks fairly simple and easy to bring into a daily diet and far most all sounds delicious. Good book.

I have suffered with mild fibromyalgia for many years, so when I saw this book on a free promotion I though I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did. I was surprised at how quickly my pain was reduced with this diet, and how much energy I had. I was even more surprised just how much changing my diet had an impact on me. All I have to say is it doesn't hurt to try something new. So give this book a try if you have mild to moderate fibromyalgia.

Once in the hospital when I was in my internship, someone asked me about a meal plan for her aside from her medications. I didn't know what to suggest but only told her to eat healthy and more of vegetables as I know that's actually a safe answer. Afterwards I did realize that I could have suggested what to avoid and what to eat to help in healing her condition. It's a good thing nowadays there are lots of books like this that I can find to give me the exact information that I needed.

If you are looking for recipes, then look elsewhere coz this book is focused on informing the reader on what foods to avoid and what to include in your food list.
