An absolutely fabulous torch BUT there is a version with the 'U' LED which is slightly brighter at 468 lumens - and cheaper too!

Great compact light for daily use. I'm a building inspector and turn my light on and off 50-100 times a day and need something that works. Every time. My Olight M21 Warrior stopped working without reason and I'm currently getting no response from their service department. My requirements for a light were: 1) Use of a single 18650 lithium ion battery 2) Extreme brightness 200+ lumens 3) durable user interface. The TK21 knocks it out of the park with all those. Twisting the head to switch light modes in the Olight? Who thought this was a good idea? Fail. The side selector button's very simple and easy. This light feels solid with great attention to detail...just look at the trapezoid shaped threads. They make sure you won't cross thread the tail cap when swapping batteries (weekly as much as I use it). On my Olight, the 18650 battery rattled slightly in the tube. The Tk21 feels like a high quality light. I debated between this and the TK15 because of the more aggressive striking bezel... I opted for more lumens and a little more flood (vs a tight "hot spot"). Fits my profession perfectly and I recommend the brand and this light in particular. Longevity, of course, is to be determined but so far so good.

This flashlight is the best flash light I've had so far. Built very solid. Flashlight brightness is great. Only complaint is, the light floods a little bit more that I like it to. Would prefer more throw and less flood.

Fenix's new lights are great. Other's include the PD31 for a small portable, and the TK35 for long-range high beam, use 18650's and you're golden.
This light is plenty bright, sturdy built, and fits the hand well. Great replacement for your common household our camping flashlight.
Other pluses include: a button for brightness/mode selection,brighter and more efficient than past models, waterproof rated, and doesn't have the over the top styling of the tactical version of lights.
Upfront cost are higher on these new LED flashlights, but the size, weight, brightness, and ability to use 18650 rechargeable lithium's make these great lights. I am starting to wonder if the big battery companies like Duracell and Energizer are not mass producing and marketing rechargeable lithium's so they can preserve their current sales/market on alkaline's.
