I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. Delivery was by return, the item was well packed and the condition could eg nephewasily pass for brand new. I purchased this item as a present for my young nephew but after trying it myself,it is doubful if he will ever receive it. Excellent product, good price, superb service.

5.0 out of 5 stars SP-10 gotta be a 10 30 Jun 2011

Here is a ten watt amp that gives you just what it is a 10 watt practice amp. There are two channels clean and overdrive; what else do you want. The overdrive is truly brilliant, takes you right back to the angry punk days of the late 70's and early 80's. Clean channel, well its clean. One thing that I have discovered over the years is that you can't disguise a cheap set of pickups not matter what the amp is.

A good little beast of a PRACTICE amp, with a lot of grunt for your hard earned cash.

2.0 out of 5 stars Good clean, AWFUL distortion 26 Feb 2011
I only started playing about 4 months ago and this came with my guitar. After 2 months it became unbearable and I upgraded to a lovely little Vox Pathfinder 10w which is so much better. You put this amp on clean and it's amazing but press that overdrive button and be prepared to be plagued by fuzzy screeching at anything past volume 2. I play rock and it really doesn't suit my needs in the slightest. Even for a practice amp it's pretty damn awful. I bought a decent cable which kind of got rid of the fuzzing a bit but it was still pretty bad.

Conclusion? Ok for clean tones in your bedroom with a decent cable (I recommend Planet Waves Classic Series cables in the budget range) but don't buy it if you ever want to try out distortion. 2 stars purely for the quality of the clean tones as that's about the only good thing with this amp.
