This book is very simply a tool to help you achieve all the things that really matter to you. Its not like Susan Jeffers other books as it has very little text, it is more of a to-do diary with prompts to help you along the way and assess your progress. Every few years I decide to use one of these books and always get more important or exciting things done then than I do the rest of the time. A lot of bookshops dont stock this book now which is a great pity. Buy the book people!

Great book, shows how every part of life can change, for the better, also helps improve time managment and how you can fit everything in, helps build stronger fuller relationships with friends collegues and buisness networks, very simple easy too do. i do feel you have too read feel the fear and do it anyway, and feel the fear and beyond to maxise the impact of this book.
