I received this my Fedora set as a part of a larger bundle I ordered Learn Linux Complete for a Beginner Video Training and Four Certification Exams Bundle, Fedora Edition. 8-disk DVD Set, Ed.2011. I am new Linux user and I heard some "Linux installation horror stories" before, so expected some hassle. To my huge surprise the installation went silky smooth, it has pretty interface, very easy to follow, very clear on all steps. I installed Fedora on 3 different computers: one is HP laptop, another is Gateway desktop and another not branded computer with general ASUS board. On all computers installation was very simple. The set comes with both 32-bit and 64-bit disks and my 64-bit computers run in native 64-bit mode! It comes with complete office suite, browser, email program, communicator, messengers. It comes with a program called Gimp, that is awesome program, like a Photoshop, very easy to use. I like the games too. You get complete package that includes all the programs and plenty of reference (books, printed card and video) too.

This Linux Operating System goes on like a dream boat, has excellent features, and it seems to be more secure than some. I use three hard drives in a single mounted hard drive dock and I use this Operating System to go to the Bank. I use a second one to get out and about when I am cussing and discussing the illegal aliens. I use a third to store information in the Windows Vista format. ONLY the play HD goes to gmail, and when it gets whanged on the Net, they don't get anything. This system, as well as Ubuntu and Open SUSE 12 would be excellent places to start kids on in Computers. I think it is bullet proof and the games are far less violent than they are in Windows. If you do use it for children, get a typing program and offer rewards if they learn to type. Make them feel important and ask them to do research on Blood Pressure, or any common problem in your problem list. But basically.. it is a high security system, and it is excellent to go to the bank with it.
