A MUST READ for all those interested in vaccines, HIV and AIDS,
By
This review is from: Fear of the Invisible (Paperback)
I would like to congratulate Janine Roberts on this incredible piece of investigative journalism. I would also like to thank her for summarising key scientific evidence pertaining to childhood vaccines and 'HIV' in a way that is accessible and fascinating to a lay person like myself. I have no scientific background but have learned a great deal about viruses, retroviruses, molecular biology and cellular evolution as a result of reading the evidence presented here.
I am also grateful that I have read this book as now I have the confidence and information to challenge the views of GP's who question why I do not want to have the children vaccinated. I have long been sceptical of the Western health practitioners' reliance on drugs manufactured by profit making companies. The evidence presented in this book has confounded my worst fears and revealed a health scandal that is a disgrace to the scientific community and Public Health Authorities internationally. It's time this information was brought to the public's attention and I commend Janine Roberts for getting this published and presenting an extremely well referenced, academic study of the facts. This book is truly an incredible achievement and I will be urging all my friends and family to read it for the benefit of their health.

staggering revelations,
By
This review is from: Fear of the Invisible (Paperback)
Are vaccines really effective, or are they worse than the illnesses they were created to combat? This book offers a thoroughly researched report on what really goes on behind the scenes of our so-called war on disease. This seasoned investigative journalist takes us through her 10-year quest to find out more about the world of vaccines. With meticulous detail, the pathetic "science" involved is unmasked. Her clear, factual account of the predominantly venal, self-serving field of virology is repeatedly shocking (although not surprising, if you are already aware of the dangers of vaccination). Those involved insist that viruses and retroviruses are dangerous even though no lab has ever been able to prove that any virus has ever caused any illness! (Yes, you read that correctly but have you considered the implications? Why on earth should world-wide authorities have continually threatened us, for so many decades, with dangers that don't actually exist and - worse - in the face of clear evidence to the contrary?) The HIV virus, for example, has NEVER been isolated in an AIDS patient. The author quotes from papers that clearly show not only that our own cells are the parents of all viruses but that viruses "are not selfish, devious or invaders but primarily inert messages created [by our own cells] to travel between cells. This is the task our cells give them...Our [own] cells make them because they need them. They are important to our health." Roberts discovered that retroviruses (viruses that replicate as part of the host cell's DNA) actually have ANTI-tumour (healing) effects. All based on research, she also writes: "Viruses have no metabolism so they cannot produce energy or eat. They have no nervous system, no sensory system, no intelligence that can facilitate any kind of invasion or the hi-jacking of a cell a billion times larger..." Also, it seems that cells must be "sick, poisoned, stressed or malnourished in some way before they show the symptoms of "viral infection". Another book, "Dr, Mary's Monkey" by Edward T. Haslam, is a well-documented investigation, part of it into how the contaminated polio vaccine with which children in both the US and Europe were mass vaccinated from the 1950s created the cancer epidemic starting 30 years later - but only soft-tissue cancers like lung, breast, prostate, lymphoma and melanoma of the skin have skyrocketed. Curiously, that book blames viruses, but Haslam did not educate himself on viruses, as this author has, and it is likely that toxins in the vaccines encourage cancer, rather than the viruses themselves. The important point is that dirty vaccines are creating mayhem. Roberts shows that viruses never "grow" as often claimed, since they are inert (dead). Toxins, rather than retroviruses, are most likely to be the causes of polio, AIDS, measles, mumps, flu and colds! What seems to happen is that, when cells are stressed and poisoned, they produce viruses to try to protect themselves. In fact, researchers have long known that the guaranteed way to make cells produce viruses in the lab, including flu and measles, is not primarily by getting them infected with a virus but by exposing them to stress and toxins. Indeed, it is likely that retroviruses are actually produced by the cells as a defence against the toxins. It seems that cells in lab cultures produce specific viruses in response to exposure to specific toxins. For instance, poor diet is now recognised as playing a major role in measles. Recent studies have found that 72 per cent of hospitalised measles cases in America are vitamin A deficient and the worse the deficiency the worse the complications and higher the death rate. Could severe measles be caused by a vitamin A deficiency rather than a virus? If authorities have known all this (and how could they not, if an "amateur" researcher can), we must consider the foul implications of the continual and hysterical insistence on vaccinations, which are guaranteed to damage children. It is thanks to the wonderful immune system of humans that many - but not all - can repeatedly overcome such damage. The book is full of well presented facts, dates, and names documenting the primitive laboratory methods and the deliberate concealing by the so-called "health" agencies of the frighteningly dirty vaccines injected into our children. Although there is no mention of the 2009 Swine Flu racket, as the book was first published in 2008, you will be amazed and angered at the century-long records of massive frauds, total lack of concern about the contamination of vaccines, and propaganda and fear-mongering employed by all authorities which altogether must amount to a conspiracy to destroy health across the globe (although the author herself avoids labelling it a conspiracy as she is keen to get this valuable information across without getting involved in the usual controversy that the word "conspiracy" arouses - despite the strong efforts employed to prevent her from publishing this book). An important book.

Cuts like a scythe through your preconceptions,
By
This review is from: Fear of the Invisible (Paperback)
I bought this book because from her previous writing I already knew that the author had analysed some of the same source documents about the discovery of HIV that I had and come to the same conclusions. It was already a subject about which I considered myself fairly knowledgeable so I was eager to see what a whole book's worth of investigation would reveal. In the event I found it absolutely stunning to read.
Most people write informational books as if they have the answers all sorted out by the time they've started writing. Janine's is more of an exciting roller-coaster journey of discovery through biology, more like 'Indiana Jones and the trail of death'. She starts off following the trail of some loose thread, but ends up sweeping across biological plains, climbing immunological mountains and traversing dangerous virological crevasses. Her writing proceeds with pace, and with a penetrating fact here and incisive analysis there, neatly and devastatingly severing the tendons of many preconceptions, leavin them floundering in her wake - but, leaving behind an alternative model of understanding that, for me at least, on several occasions correlated with personal experiences and pretty comprehensively just made so much sense. But then she drags you after her as she chases the next horizon set by the questions that have just been raised by the new discoveries. Both the breadth ad depth of her research and understanding are very impressive yet key points and principles are clearly explained and easy to follow. This really is quite a breathtaking read, even for someone already relatively well-versed in detailed scientific technicalities of some of the topics covered. For many people it really will be a perception-changing book regarding some sacred cows of medical science that have a direct impact on our every day lives and our perception of the world being such a hostile biological place. It left me with more respect for the complexity and intelligence hidden in our own bodies. Something I find really annoying in most books that cite various sources is when the references are at the end of the chapter or most commonly right at the back of the book, making it more difficult to look things up. Fortunately, Janine has sensibly placed references and extra detailed notes at the bottom of the page so they are easier to follow. Also, some of the most shocking documents that reveal the extent of Robert Gallo's claim to have found the cause of AIDS was far more comprehensively fraudulent than any of the official investigations have acknowledged, are reproduced in full at the end of the book. However these are a bit hard to read and could have been made clearer. In summary, I found this book so important that I immediately ordered two more copies for friends I thought should read it for themselves so I can hang on to my copy. My main wish is that she'd chosen a title with as much punch as the contents of the book itself.
