I often send a small present to my Grand daughter this way as she lives in London and I live in France...She receives the present ususally within a couple of days.
As happened this time. she was a little dissapointed that there was no book with this CD, so was I, when she told me for my impression wrongly obviously, was that it was a book and CD together.
I do believe though that she has listened to this in bed as she is goi9ng to sleep. She very much likes the poems and her imagination will be making the pictures, also she can recite some of them already, which as they are classic's is nice.

Highly recommended. And not just for children. I have now bought 3 copies. One for myself and two others were given away as highly appreciated gifts.

Great for Children

Have you ever danced with a lobster? telephoned an elephant? Now you can through this audiobook which features over an hour of entertaining poems for children. Most of the poems are classic while some of them are new and exciting. This CD is also a great resource for homeschooling families and can be incorporated into language, phonics and even creative writing material.
